Welcome to my Web site!

So, my new years resolution for 2008 is to publish a new WEB to take care of my interests and likes. I am by no means a very creative writer nor a WEB/HTML pro. If i have made mistakes just Private Mail me and I will eagerly correct.

In Short:

I like to build Experimental Aircraft. Amongst the experimentalists there is a saying "Real men fly Homebuilt Aircraft" but I think that the challenge of building them is far greater than taking that first flight. I like the outdoors and the better part of the outdoors is Hunting. The time spent in the bush makes me feel more closer to nature and gives me good time to think about the future of our earth and it's creatures.

I like traveling to other parts of the world. Although I have traveled the southern and eastern parts of Africa extensively, it is the tropical islands that intrigue me the most. Large cosmopolitan cities has no attraction at all - I call them concrete jungles.

My views on Global Warming - to put it simply, I AM CONCERNED. December is the high of summer in South Africa. Temperatures vary during night from 18C to 25C and day temperatures from 22C to 35C. in all my life I have never seen temperatures as low as 12C during mid morning in December. This occurred on December 12th, 2007. Our seasons are changing!!!
